These Terms of Service govern your use of EI Match, a therapist-to-agency matching platform operating in New York City. Please read them before using the platform. By calling our matching line, submitting a profile, applying as a partner agency, or using eimatch.com, you agree to these terms.
EI Match is operated by Yanko Holdings, LLC, a New York limited liability company ("EI Match," "we," "us," or "our"). Our platform is available at eimatch.com and via our phone matching line at (646) 647-1602.
EI Match is a matching and directory service. We help early intervention therapists in New York City identify and connect with early intervention agencies that may be a good fit for their discipline, location, and schedule. We are not an early intervention agency ourselves, not a staffing firm, and not an employer of record for any therapist or clinical professional.
To use EI Match as a therapist, you must be at least 18 years old and either currently licensed or credentialed in your discipline in New York State, or actively pursuing licensure (including clinical fellowship positions).
To use EI Match as a partner agency, your agency must hold a valid NYS Department of Health Early Intervention Provider Agreement, or be in the process of obtaining one, and must be providing or intending to provide services within New York City and the surrounding metro area.
By using EI Match, you represent that you meet the applicable eligibility requirements.
When using our phone matching line or completing a profile, you agree to provide accurate information about your discipline, license status, location, and availability. Providing false information to obtain a gift card or manipulate matching results is a violation of these terms and may result in forfeiture of any rewards.
Each therapist may have one active profile. Creating multiple profiles to obtain multiple gift cards or referral bonuses is prohibited.
Referral codes are for personal use. You may share your code with genuine colleagues who are actually considering using the platform. Posting codes publicly in bulk, selling codes, or engineering artificial referrals is prohibited and will result in account termination and forfeiture of unpaid rewards.
Receiving a match recommendation does not obligate any agency to hire you, interview you, or respond to your application. EI Match has no control over agency hiring decisions.
We encourage therapists to independently verify all information about agencies, including pay rates, supervision arrangements, and employment terms, before entering into any professional relationship. EI Match's match recommendations are informational only.
Agencies agree to provide accurate information about their disciplines, boroughs served, payment cycles, employment models, CF supervision capabilities, and billing practices. Misrepresenting these to attract therapist matches is a violation of these terms and may result in removal from the directory.
Agencies listed on EI Match must maintain an active NYS Department of Health Early Intervention Provider Agreement throughout their time on the platform. If your Provider Agreement lapses, you must notify us immediately at agencies@eimatch.com.
Being listed on EI Match does not grant any agency exclusive rights to any therapist or therapist category. We match therapists to multiple agencies and encourage therapists to work with multiple agencies simultaneously.
When a therapist match is sent to you, you agree to treat that introduction with the same professionalism you would extend to any job applicant. EI Match does not guarantee that any introduced therapist will accept a position with your agency.
Paid partnership tiers are billed monthly. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time by emailing agencies@eimatch.com, with cancellations taking effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial months.
We reserve the right to remove any agency from our directory at any time for any reason, including receipt of verified negative therapist reports, loss of NYSDOH provider agreement, or conduct inconsistent with the professional standards expected of NYC EI providers.
Our phone matching line is operated by Avery, an AI voice assistant. When you call (646) 647-1602, you are interacting with an automated AI system, not a human operator. Avery will identify itself as an AI assistant at the start of each call.
Calls to our matching line may be recorded and transcribed for the purpose of generating your match results, improving the service, and quality assurance. By calling, you consent to this recording. If you do not consent, please do not call and use our online form at eimatch.com instead.
New York State is a one-party consent state for telephone recordings under NY Penal Law § 250.00. However, because callers may be located in other jurisdictions or calls may be routed through systems subject to federal law, we disclose upfront that calls are recorded. Avery's opening statement constitutes our disclosure for the purposes of applicable wiretapping and eavesdropping statutes.
Avery's recommendations are generated by an AI system based on information you provide. They do not constitute professional advice of any kind. Match recommendations may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. Always verify agency information directly before making professional decisions.
Therapists who complete a qualifying profile on eimatch.com after calling our matching line are eligible for a $25 Amazon gift card. One gift card per person. Gift cards are delivered digitally to the phone number provided during the matching call, typically within 3 business days of profile completion.
Therapists may refer colleagues using their personal referral code. When a referred colleague calls our line, completes a profile, and the referral is verified, both the referring therapist and the new user receive a $25 Amazon gift card. Referral bonuses are paid within 5 business days of the referred user's profile completion. There is no cap on the number of referrals a therapist can make, subject to the anti-abuse provisions above.
Gift cards are issued through a third-party provider (currently Tremendous or Giftbit). EI Match is not responsible for errors, delays, or limitations imposed by the gift card provider. Gift cards have no cash value and cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.
Recipients of gift cards may be responsible for reporting gift card income for tax purposes. EI Match will issue IRS Form 1099-MISC to any individual who receives $600 or more in gift card value in a calendar year. Consult a tax professional for guidance specific to your situation.
We reserve the right to withhold, cancel, or reverse gift card payments if we determine that they were obtained through fraudulent or abusive means, including but not limited to fake profiles, false referrals, or repeated calls from the same person using different phone numbers.
EI Match is not a staffing agency, employer of record, or placement service. Nothing in our platform, communications, or matching results creates an employment relationship between EI Match and any therapist or agency user.
Any employment or independent contractor relationship formed between a therapist and an agency is solely between those two parties. EI Match is not a party to any such relationship and has no responsibility for the terms, enforcement, or disputes arising from such relationships.
EI Match does not verify agencies' compliance with New York Labor Law, IRS independent contractor guidelines, NYSDOL wage and hour requirements, or any other employment-related legal requirements. Therapists and agencies are each responsible for their own compliance with applicable laws.
EI Match does not collect, store, or transmit Protected Health Information (PHI) as defined by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). We are a business-to-business and business-to-professional matching service. We do not have access to patient records, IFSP documents, session notes, or any clinical information about children receiving early intervention services.
Information you provide to us about yourself (your name, phone number, discipline, location, license status) is not PHI and is handled under our Privacy Policy.
If you believe you have accidentally shared PHI with EI Match through any channel, please contact us immediately at hello@eimatch.com so we can delete it.
EI Match is committed to operating in compliance with the New York City Human Rights Law (NYC Admin. Code § 8-101 et seq.), one of the most comprehensive anti-discrimination statutes in the United States. We do not discriminate in our matching, directory listing, or partner selection on the basis of race, color, creed, age, national origin, alienage or citizenship status, gender, sexual orientation, disability, marital status, partnership status, caregiver status, or any other characteristic protected under NYC law.
EI Match operates as an online platform and is subject to applicable NYC Department of Consumer and Worker Protection regulations. If you have a complaint about our practices, you may contact DCWP at nyc.gov/dcwp.
The NYC Early Intervention Program is administered by the NYC Department of Health and Mental Hygiene (DOHMH). EI Match is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of DOHMH or the NYS Department of Health Bureau of Early Intervention. Our directory is based on publicly available NYSDOH provider approval records and therapist-reported information.
Our matching system uses an AI-based algorithm to recommend agencies to therapists. This system is used to provide informational recommendations to therapists, not to make hiring or employment decisions about therapists. Accordingly, we do not believe it is subject to the NYC Automated Employment Decision Tools Law (Local Law 144 of 2021). However, we are committed to auditing our matching algorithm for bias and will update these terms if our legal assessment changes.
Consistent with emerging New York State guidance on AI transparency, we disclose that our phone matching service, billing rate data, and agency recommendations are generated with the assistance of artificial intelligence. All AI-generated recommendations are informational and subject to therapist and agency independent verification.
EI Match is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that information provided will be accurate, complete, or current.
To the maximum extent permitted by New York law, EI Match's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform is limited to the amount you paid to EI Match in the three months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
EI Match is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost income, missed employment opportunities, or harm arising from agency relationships facilitated through our platform.
Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or liability for incidental or consequential damages. If these apply to you, some of the above limitations may not apply.
You may stop using EI Match at any time. To delete your profile or request removal of your information, email hello@eimatch.com with the subject line "Delete my profile."
We may suspend or terminate your access to EI Match, and withhold any pending rewards, if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or use the platform in a way that harms other users or EI Match's operations.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree that any dispute arising from these terms or your use of EI Match will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
