Greg Baxtrom trained at Alinea, Per Se, and Blue Hill at Stone Barns before opening Olmsted in 2016. The backyard garden grows herbs and vegetables that go directly into that night's dishes. He is designing a seasonal small-plates menu exclusively for this event.
