Every therapist who applies through us has actively opted in, is looking for agency work, and has submitted their discipline, borough, and license status. We don't send cold leads.

Listing and receiving applications is free. We charge a placement fee only when a therapist you hire through EI Match completes their first 30 days. Contact us for the current fee schedule.

Therapists get free matching, honest trust scores, and a $25 gift card when approved. They're incentivized to complete their profile and engage with agencies seriously. This means higher-intent candidates than most other sourcing channels.

Agencies with higher trust scores get shown first in search results and recommendations. Therapists actively filter by score when choosing between agencies. A score above 85 puts you in the top tier. Resolving complaints quickly is the fastest way to improve your score.

Yes. We publish per-session rate ranges for every discipline and license status. Therapists compare rates before applying, which means those who reach out to you already know what you pay and are genuinely interested. Transparency cuts both ways: higher rates attract more applicants.
